FROM DESIGN TO INSTALLATION 

With Hestia Construction & Design, it can be easy to identify what we do in terms of Construction, but what about Design? Design and construction go hand in hand, without a proper design, we cannot provide the high-quality results that our clients have come to expect. Many clients come to us with a general idea of what they are looking for in their home remodeling project, but they need help to bring their true vision to life. We offer design packages to bridge the gap between design and construction. Regardless of the project scope, we have helpful packages that will meet all your construction and design needs.

In addition to the personal, award-winning customer service we offer every client, we are excited to offer the added service of design packages. 

With our Design Packages, you’ll have access to an Interior Designer who will work closely with you to ensure your vision is brought to life. With their design expertise and our construction expertise, you can be confident your space is not only beautiful, but functional as well. 

Whether you’re looking to spruce up a room or completely remodel your entire home, we have a package that fits your needs. 

OUR DESIGN PROCESS 

During the initial consultation with our Renovation Specialist, we will discuss your design needs. Whether requiring construction plans for permitting, wanting to see a 3D rendering to visualize the space, or simply needing help selecting fixtures and finishes, our packages cover it all.  

The Material Selection Package includes setting up a consultation with one of our preferred Interior Designers to get to know you, your style, and your vision. From there, we will work with them to provide all the required material selections needed for your project’s scope of work and create a vision board. Once you approve the design and layout of your remodel, Hestia will then order all the chosen materials. 

If floor plans, architectural drawings, or renderings are needed, the Conceptual and Construction Packages are a great solution. These packages involve an initial on-site design meeting with our Design Specialist and Renovation Specialist to walk the existing space with you, take measurements, and discuss the overall vision for the project. We will then meet a second time (which can be virtual), to reveal the design and make any necessary changes. Upgrading to the Construction Package takes those conceptual drawings and converts them to a full set of construction plans that can then be used for Permitting.

Onboarding Coordinator 

• Your designated Onboarding Coordinator will provide options and guidance for sourcing materials, help organize designer/client meetings, assist with uploading Client selections in BuilderTrend, and coordinate purchasing and ordering. The onboarding coordinator is responsible for making sure your project is ready for construction before we even begin demolition. This helps reduce delays and reduce the amount of time your home is under construction. Onboarding is one of the steps in our exclusive remodeling process and is essential for a smooth renovation.  

Cabinet Design Specialist 

• Hestia employs an in-house Cabinet Specialist, Marisol Williams, whose service is integrated into the Hestia Process. After your consultation with Marisol, you select the type of cabinet that fits your design aesthetic. She provides you with a personalized cabinet presentation to give you a full picture of the finished product. Marisol incorporates all your chosen materials into this 3D design. She includes a floor plan layout of your space so you can see the traffic flow and help you visualize the spatial planning in your renovation. She also includes detailed frontal views that will give you a look at your completed renovation. This exclusive service is provided to all Hestia Construction & Design clients in every remodel that includes cabinets.  

MATERIAL SELECTION PACKAGE 

Hestia believes in supporting our clients from the moment they select our company to remodel their home.  The material selection package is another way we live up to our award-winning customer service. Many remodeling companies expect you to know exactly what you want, and some even expect you to provide the materials for them. They rarely have experts that can help with difficult design decisions.  It is not a good idea to trust your home remodeling decisions to the opinions of your friends and not everyone has the same design aesthetic or taste as you do. 

At Hestia Construction & Design, we provide full-service remodeling from concept to design to construction. Our material selection package is built into all our remodeling packages. This incredible package helps our clients with selecting everything from countertops and cabinets to paint color and flooring. From French country and rustic to modern and industrial, our Interior Designers are current on all the design trends and can help bring your design aesthetic to life.  

• Includes up to 5 hours with a professional Interior Designer to select finishes and fixtures. This may include selections for tile, countertops, paint colors, plumbing, light fixtures, cabinets, etc. 
• Does not include any floorplans or drawings 
• Additional hours billed directly with Designer if needed 

OUR OPTIONAL DESIGN PACKAGES 

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PACKAGE 

The Conceptual Design Package is useful when you are moving walls and redesigning the floor plan. You could need to move a non-structural wall to make more space in the kitchen or you could be dividing a large room into two smaller rooms. The Conceptual Design Package will assist with your spatial planning. It also includes 3D renderings and a non-construction drawing printout to help you visualize your renovation. 

• Allows for up to 8 hours with a professional Design Specialist to assist with spatial planning and configuration 
• Includes 3D renderings and conceptual planning for wall movement, room reorganization, non-structural remodeling, etc. 
• Provides 11”x17” non-construction conceptual drawing print-out 
• Additional hours billed directly with Specialist if needed 

CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE 

Our Construction Package is a necessity for structural remodels. Removing a structural support wall and replacing it with a beam to create an open floor plan or putting a full addition with exterior walls on your house requires permitting from your city. The construction package provides all the plans and designs necessary for your renovation to be approved by the city. It provides details and measurements on necessary foundation and beam work. 

• Allows for up to 16 hours with a professional Design Specialist to assist with full construction plans 
• Includes 3D renderings and conceptual drawings for structural remodels, additions, etc. 
• Provides construction plans needed for permitting purposes 
• Engineered stamped plans not included and priced separately on scope of work basis 

• Additional hours billed directly with Specialist if needed
